Swinney could have stood up months ago to clear up what went on with the ferry contracts. Instead, he is keeping quiet hoping the lost paperwork will never be found. Dereck MacKay must get a chance to give his version of events and reveal who actually gave the go ahead for those ferries.
Swinney said he didn’t give the nod for the contracts, but gave ‘budget approval’ !! So if that’s not giving the nod !!
