Great video Dave, awesome place with awesome trails🤩. Fantastic work on the steep technical section and the skinny line💪. As always awesome jumps and cool shots mate🤘. Thanks for sharing and have a great rest of the week ✌
Great mix. Can't wait to get across there. Missed out in January as my wife crashed at a Tarthra, the day before we were going to Narooma. Great footage as always😊
@@DMMTB Yeh Canberra. Was over at Tarthra for 10 days. Was going to slip up to Narooma for a few days. She went out for a leisurely ride and did not wear her pads and went down on a berm. She was ok just lost skin on her elbow and knee. So her fault. I have to tell her every time. I used to race downhill many moons ago and I still wear pads every ride.🤣
@DMMTB great decision mate, I'm heading down there tomorrow after work to have a pedal around with my partner, got any suggestions for some cruisy trails there that'd be good for her to build her confidence on? And how was GV shuttles sunday? Assume theres a vid in the works for it coming!
@@kizbish start on the lower part of Shredtopia where the Kick Start (Return) finishes & then go up Witness The Fitness to the top of the playground & do a full Shredtopia. On the gravity side, The whale Trail is good for ppl still getting confidence. The is no gaps and all jumps are roll able from memory. GV was good & the video will be about me dialing in my suspension with the new fork.
@DMMTB appreciate the heads up! Ill see how keen the misso is come saturday morning to give it a crack Oh wicked! Looking forward to seeing that, i geek out of those kinda vids mate!
Hi David, I'm 46 years old and being into mtb for little while now (I live 3 streets away from Tuggeranong pines which is litterly my backyard. But every time I ride, my wrist are so sore I can bearly lift a cup of coffee. So I was just wondering what wrist guards you use? And keep up the great content, I watch all your footage all the time, so keep up the good work mate. Mtb is the funniest thing to do outdoors. 👍
@@lukedryburgh2787 Hi Luke, thanks for reaching out and watching my videos. Have you seen a medical professional about it? I use Tripple 8 slides which you can get at a skate shop. But I only use them to hopefully stop another wrist fracture. I fractured right wrists a few years ago and I reckon it saved my twice.
Thanks. Are they the skateboarding ones with the steel hump at the palm? & if so do you find it difficult to hold onto the handlebars? Sorry for all the questions but I just broke both my wrists on my mountain bike & want to get back on the bike asap but will definitely wear wrist guards at least for the first 6 months or so. Thanks👍

You can't beat checking out new trails, especially when someone kindly offers to act as your shuttle driver 😉That log skinny reminded me of Canada!
Thanks Darren .... Yeah Georgie was great value!
Great to see a different side of Narooma. I've gotta make time for a trip down soon. And you did a skinny! Never seen you do that before!!!!
It was a very wide skinny to be fair. You'll love it!

Thanks Christoph. Yeah the steep section under the tree was my favorite. 🤙🏼
Looks wicked! Nice riding mate.
Thanks Jesse 🤙🏼

Bugger! Is she ok? Are you in Canberra? You said across there? Coming from Sydney I'd say "get down there"

Great to see some more of the trails there, those techier ones look really nice. Great vid!
Thanks Craig. There are still more to explore!
Great vid Dave, definitely stoked to see a different side of the trails down there from all the epic jump lines!
Yeah that’s why I did it as a second video. Lots more stuff that I haven’t seen yet either

@@kizbish I'm not really into that side of things but the new fork is quite different & luckily had a couple others around that new more than me.
So many good trails. Quantum looks real nice.
Yeah it is but only a 1 minute run. Grate for multiple laps on an ebike
