Thanks for posting, it was great to help get us oriented before heading down for the first time. And thanks for the chat at the bottom of Big Dog's Bone yesterday, the nephews were excited to meet a UA-cam star!
@@slackstringlvr thanks Paul. I’ve been back on the new ebike and did a lot better on BDB 🤙🏼 …. Also a lot more trails compared to this video. Thanks for commenting
Wicked video Dave! I was working nights this week so missed the chance to watch it straight away You managed to find a good mix of trails too, heard some varying stories about the trails at mogo, looks pretty damn good to me! Awesome riding too mate! 👌
@@DMMTB i did hear it was pedally, but i could always do with a few more cranks in my life I only got the one enduro bike, ill winch myself up on that when i go 😂
@DMMTB i keep flirting with the idea of buying a short travel trail bike to get out and pedal more, but i feel like ill just be cheating myself out of some extra hard work from time to time, so the enduro rig stays as an only bike a little longer
Oh yes, I really liked this place, you set off early to ride these fantastic trails. Great lines and great riding as always Dave. Thanks for sharing and have a fantastic weekend buddy. Ride on🤙
@@TrailTrackerSwitzerland yeah it’s not to bad but a bit pedaly and spread out. The 1st Sea otter festival in Australia from the states will be at Mogo in October next year
Great video mate , i was there , Narooma & Eden for 2 weeks over the opening week and loved the variety of trails 😎🤘 Still think Narooma is my favourite 🤔
I haven't ridden Eden but several times at Narooma. As this was my 1st time at Mogo I'll go a few more times before I make up my mind. I do love Narooma
How about some feedback on the trails!? No good just posting your ride, people are looking for your opinion, good /ordinary or whatever! More info pls, especially as your vid title asked whether Moho lives up to the hype….. !!
Hi Andy, thanks for reaching out & asking me to give ppl an opinion about the trails. It was my 1st time there and only rode a handful of trails as it is very spread out & best ridden on an E bike or be super fit. I watched it back and the positive language whilst ridding gave enough of my feeling for the trails I rode but I wouldn't say Mogo Is Epic. After riding it again on an E bike over the October long week end has given me some more insight & I think it has it's differences to Narooma & indeed Eden. I like to do shuttles more than not and at the moment Mogo doesn't have any & I don't think it will have shuttles. This is because of the area it covers & the fact that there is only small numbers of trails at any given hub so it would be a logistic nightmare to try. The good thing is there are plenty of good fire roads to self shuttle with 3 or 4 mates as you can move on to another hub for a few runs. I think that Mogo has it's place within the mtb landscape on the south coast. The difference's to the others make sure of that & maybe once all the trails have been finished it will be better. But if you want gravity all day then Narooma & or Eden would be better. Cheers

Hey mate - appreciate the effort into this video! As someone who's keen to get to Mogo (but a fair drive) this is great info!

Thanks
mogo has great pies too :) another great episode. 👊
Yes they do but I just got into the pie shop just minutes before closing so the amount of choice was minimal
Fantastic vid Dave!! That stone wall climbing trail looks amazing. Perfect timing for your vid as heading there tomorrow 🤙🏻
enjoy ... a bit pedally
