A business that wants you to be family is a red flag. It’s American BS. However, fat tire scooter is a better idea than small wheel scooters. BUT when all these battery operated things are going to use standard batteries that is easily, economically replaceable, interchangeable, travel friendly, safe to park and affordable? Recharging proprietary battery for third to half of the day from 20-40mile ride is expensive in time and money to go around neighborhood. No wonder, this business found a way to survive in golf industry. Similar to story of Segway. From science and technology point of view, there is nothing new but hype in all these toys. The fact that these toys (scooters, e-bikes, regular bikes with internal gear hubs, rise of three wheelers is a cry for public transport and healthy way of commuting and even traveling. So unite to call for infrastructure and return to public transport.
