Cheeseburger Rice

This is a no-brainer dish that comes from a TikTok video, which calls it "cheeseburger rice." It's essentially ground beef and rice with a whole bunch of cheese mixed in...and what's wrong with that? This is one of those dishes you can make in about 30 minutes, when you've come home from work and don't to spend the entire evening cooking.

I've done that for years, but I season the meat like chili: plenty of comino, chili powder, etc. I think we all have our own version. Good stuff!
