David Miller is a top notch professional and his team of artists on Freddy 6 in 1991 were fun to work with. I was on the Buechler team doing other prosthetics, and Miller was supervising and doing the Freddy makeup, and so the two teams would work alongside each other, during scenes with Freddy interacting with one of his victim characters.
Astounding upload Chris Stanley. I pressed that thumbs up marker on your content. Keep up the outstanding work. Looking forward to see your next video from you.
This is so sick! Thanks for sharing, Chris! I still own your part 2 bust and absolutely love it. Thanks again for creating and selling one of those masterpieces to me. :-)
I wish it were a mask, and you could actually wear it!! I prefer the original makeup, sweater, fedora, glove, the acting , everything about part 1 over the other films from the franchise!! If it were wearable, I'd definitely order 1!!
I always thought the makeup for part 1 Freddy never actually looked that scary in behind the scenes photos but in film due to the lighting and atmosphere it’s terrifying
If you ever come to Dallas TX area..would like to grab some brew and talk about Freddy. It's great to see another big fan talk about Freddy stuff. Keep it up.
I'm skeptical of the claim being made because there are VERY big differences between the silicone bust and the screen-used makeup... particularly on the right-hand side of Freddy's head and face. Unless there were different variations to the burn patterns that we just can't discern, the bust doesn't seem to match the screen-used appliances we're familiar with.
Mark Petrie the legend!! I'd say the mold was indeed unusable and David did a clay pull and heavily touched it up, made a new mold and is making castings from that
It matches up, but you're totally correct in seeing differences. Looking and comparing pics of the actual makeup shots to each other on Robert from 84 ,it changes a lot in spots from each application in those original pictures, some pics from behind the scenes have spots that look very different I think, because of the way David overlapped the top flesh, over the red under muscle it made room for alot of slipping and proportions moving around. Sometimes the pieces are stretched and glued or overlapped a little differently making some of the circles more small or large, or oval, etc. There's lots of tiny details that do match up though from that original makeup to the bust, I'm pretty sure it's all right, albeit from old molds that I'm sure have lost a little detail they used to have when they were fresh on '84. Possible some things were touched up mold wise, but the small details I've matched up are things I don't think would've been replicated from scratch.
Pedantic correction! Kevin Yahger did the make up for part 2 and 3, Howard Berger did the makeup for part 4 and said he wanted to keep it as close to Kevins makeup in part 3. Kevin did the special effects for part 4 as well as part 3.
I wish I could hear correctly whether he’s saying “supposebly” which isn’t a word, or “supposedly,” which is the correct word. I’m feelin’ beautiful, and BAD!

He probably made a mold off of the mold

Nothing like salivating over a lump of rubber 😂
Awesome, got my eyes on a couple now, cheers

Would be great if you can interview David Miller in your channel. Would be fun to hear about his experience working on the various films.
Man I really want David's 2005 Dalek model 🐙🪠😫 😩
Hey Chris, figured you'd appreciate knowing if you don't already that there's apparent screen used H20 coveralls on eBay.
This channel is awesome.
Austin bailey does the best part 2 bust!
I bet you dropped more than that on the spawn bust
Just a note: “Supposably” isn’t a word. It’s “supposedly”.
And yeah, I’m predicting the jokes already.
Supposably actually is a word lol
Tempted to make a bad decision! 😍
Does silicone last a lot longer than foam latex..?
I know this is random but do you know what happened to the screen used Smallville Superman suit?
Why is it called a bust?
🤘🏼😎
So is there gonna be a spider man video?
SIIIIICCCKKK!
Silicone silican, whatever. 😊
I don't see it available anymore wtf

Why are you the most likeable guy on UA-cam?...stop it.
It’s because he’s a former fat kid. He is insecure and timid.
SUPPOSEDLY
Not sure if this is true but a quick short on Craven’s inspiration for ‘Elm Street’.
