Been a Browns fan since 1964 and Modell taking the team to Baltimore didn't end that and neither will this. The core team will be the same, the culture has finally changed. We have more depth than we have ever had because of all the injuries the Browns really found out what we have and what we need to get back in the playoffs in 2024. Go Browns!!!
I don’t see a transition from a losing culture to a winning culture. Instead the culture has changed from a losing culture to a lesser losing culture. The browns have gone from ice cold to lukewarm
Two things stuck out to me in the loss. One, we lacked the right emotional disposition for the moment. Where was the intensity? Body language means everything. Houston looked loose and energetic. Cleveland looked tight and lethargic ahead of the game. Two, the aggressive style of play was used against this defense. Over pursuit. Out of position. Time and again the Texans offense ran misdirection and fooled the Browns defense into overcommitting to one side. Where was the discipline that was discussed during prep week?
Thanks for good year injuries hurt us this year but we need few pieces on offense and defense. Receiver s and linebacker s . Go Browns die hard fan for life. Thank u Flacco class guy and all you did for Browns when we were in need of qb. The coaching during the year was good I thought for what u guys went through all injuries .
Well, I guess thanks for a fun regular season. Unfortunately the way you ascend to elite status is by winning in the playoffs. Now for this organization to be taken seriously they must qualify again for the playoffs. Can't be once every 3 years. Teams that are great consistently make playoffs year in and year out. Browns have to prove they belong amongst the best.
Unfortunately no one has really shifted the culture. Need a Dan Campbell type of coach in Cleveland. Not someone who’s unimaginative and purely analytical like Stefanski

Once the Texans went up by 10pts and 1 series later they began to pressure our tackles. After the first pick6…the defense just pinned their ears back and put Flacco under duress the rest of the game. Essentially they made sure the Browns couldn’t run the ball and were just one dimensional. It worked. They ran out of steam and couldn’t make it work with the remaining players they had.
Stefanski said "(Deshaun Watson) has made a ton of plays for us." When? Where? Why do you have to lie about what he has contributed? He had one good half of football in two years.
Do we ever get any information out of these sessions? Does any team? Like we want to hear specifics of who's to blame but coaches are never going to say it. What's the point?
We were the favorites so yes that was a game we should have won. So if we would have lost a close game it would have been a lot easier to swallow. This was a blowout with no answers for anything Houston was doing. The players seemed lost and confused. That seems to me the fault of the coaching staff. This is unacceptable and needs to be corrected asap. We need some tougher coaches and players. No more Mr nice guy.

Now we get to deal with the consequences of the worst trade in pro football history...we keep getting older and more expensive while teams like the Texans draft great talent and keep them young and cheap. Watson is a very average QB and we will not be better next year than we were this year.
45-14 to an underdog team and you think he deserves an extension. This is why we lose and will do so forever. His team wasn't prepared for the biggest game and we should reward him. Sad af
@@miked1813 it’s one game. What he did to get his team there was huge. If u can’t see that you aren’t too smart. Stefanski started 4 different QBs, had 2nd and 3rd string RBs. I lost count of how many o-lineman, and safeties. He lead these guys to the playoffs despite all that. He beat the freakin 49ers with PJ Walker at QB, beat the Ravens at their place with a comeback win. No Watson, no Chubb, no Wills for half the season, most of our stars are on IR.

This shows the value of playing in Cleveland versus playing indoors. Possibly would have been a different outcome in 15 degree weather.

The defense quit on this team yesterday. Myles was non existent. JS did a terrible job calling the game. JOK was the only one who played well.
