I really like this hire but a few things must be done To take control of this team 1. Staff , Coach K must have a staff he wants and trust and works well with , he will not be the problem but 1 or more of his staff may be ( has constantly hurt this team in the last several years or seasons ) 2. Make Baker earn everything including the C on his Jersey 3. Trade OBJ and don't even try to make it work ( yes he is a good player but this browns current position is not 1 that is set up for or built to to deal with the problems that come with it ) get what you can and build your vision 4. Make Chubb the face and heart of this team and make it a priority to resign KAREEM HUNT for 1 he will protect Chubb and 2 he will offset the loss of OBJ and make this team a true and great run first team 5. Get back to cleveland football ( running , blocking , playing tough honest solid football with passion , fullback , all around tightends and a defense that stands on its own 6. Get rid of the bad apples at least what they have been on this team ( Nojoku , Randall , OBJ , ) 7. Build your vision and stick to it and surround yourself with the players you can actually count on and believe in your visionn and goals 8. Do not skip steps like dorsey did and kitchens and stay the course and the fans will love you for it ( its not supposed to be easy ) that's what makes winning fun 9. Scary he has to rely on analytics about situations that are not based on the reality he's facing in the MOMENT to make a football decision IN THAT MOMENT, which by definition will be of VERY singular context that has NOTHING to do with the situations fed into a computer. What a coach needs is football EXPERIENCE that he can use to read CONTEXT in the MOMENT in THAT PARTICULAR GAME he's in. Harbaugh's reliance on past "averages" in OTHER game/contexts to decide to go for it on 4th down twice and not the REALITY of the situation at hand against the Titans KILLED them in the playoffs.

Mid season 2023 - the team has a very close culture. He is a good head coach. He could consider letting an O Coord handle play calling
