Check out the maze level (the Toy Alien Spaceship level) in Toy Story, too; it's also in Genesis levels of 3D. Last I checked, the level's not in the Super NES version, even as much as I appreciate the music being clearer in that version.
I NEVER made it past this level. A part of me wants to play it again, but I don't think anyone would appreciate a bunch of swear words so early in the morning.

As a kid it was so surreal to play this. The shots of Simba facing the camera running for his life stuck with me the most from the movie. Having that moment accurately presented and playable in the game felt like I was actually playing the movie for a few moments.
For some reason I remember the graphics being much better. I hadn't played the game since I was 8 or 9. Still, I had great memories and fun playing this.
I think no one ever beats this game it's was to much strategy etc especially when he's grown and you make it to the lava stage, got stuck there for weeks & gave up

Is this the game Blockbuster was in cahoots with the game developer to make the game so difficult, they cant beat it in a typical weekend. So they'd make more money when the kids would keep it for longer.
This game is harder than Contra. Some levels are just insanely hard, unnecessary hard. It's like playing Dark Souls the only difference is Dark Souls is FAIR and this game IS NOT. Everything wants to fuck you from every direction and you have no chance to see it coming also controls are really clunky, not suiteable for challenges game gives you later in the run. Fuck this game.
