Can you replace the left side turn signal switch only without pulling the whole steering wheel off?

What size are the 2 torque's bolts on the back of the steering wheel?

why would you take a chance on stripping those screw heads slopping that impact drill around like that? crazy lazy!! how f*cked would you be , or the next person trying to replace that unit having to drill those screws out when they're stripped? By hand, by hand!!!

I know the feeling of working with a stripped screw/nut or bolt but as far as I know I didn’t stripped anything here. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
