Todays food expenses for fumctions are very costly. In Chennai and Bangalore, kalyanam meals is around Rs. 350 to 400.00. Recently I had been to Trivsndrum. There the rates are by leading caterers by Rs.180.00 to Rs.200.00 per meal. Now imagine the margin.

if the quality materials are used and rates are normal then the profit ratio will be also minimal. rather than profit he wants to give good food at affordable rates that needs to be appreciated
