    This is really cool. There was a program that allowed this proprietary file system to be converted into usable .wav files.
    Is that still a viable option in 2024?
    Bulletproof recording. Swap drive out. Drop it in a SATA toaster and then 'boom' upload a song into the DAW qwik.

    Just snagged one of these and...yeah it's VERY loud....came with 2 HDD's and 2 caddies but 1 HDD is DoA. I've put one of these cards in my Roland MV-8000 (IDE to SATA) and dropped a SSD in that..looks like I'll be doing the same here! So glad to see someone did it that had it work. Thanks! Only issue I'm running into, is it won't "record" even when hitting both buttons at the same time with tracks armed. Gotta navigate a bit.

      how'd this turn out for you? I just got one of these too and planning to do the same. Curious how other's are doing with making it silent.

    Is it still running .....are the file transfers faster
