Hope this helps anyone wanting to know how to do this! FIRST TUTORIAL for Setting up the basics for Rocket Racing: ua-cam.com/video/QauJZDtU4YU/v-deo.html
You should definetly talk about the teleporter option on the RR checkpoints, i feel like they are something that people quickly go over that could have TONS of potential, and im definetly using on my map ;)
@@teenageapple3788 just played it and wow yea that's what i kinda mean, it is really cool ngl, it bugged once when i accidentally died but nothing else, idk how he did to make that the teleporter teleports to different places each lap but that's sick
Another video with a lot of helpful tips! At this point, all I really am wondering how to do is the environment/terrain. (I had a similar idea to what you built this track in, but I kept getting “unallowed object” errors, even after removing the offending pieces.)
@@FortniteFeatures everything I used was in the Rocket Racing tabs. It was primarily the Desert Cave objects. Only one type of object would trigger the error, and even after I deleted all the instances of that object, it would still throw an error referencing it.
When I click alt it just copies the track, how can I just add a spline point and continue the track? *PROBLEM SOLVED* Was able to solve it myself. If anyone else if having this issue, it’s the other spline point on the other side of the track. I’m guessing one side copies one side adds to track, so just rotate track if needed
I'm having problems where everything I make curves the track doesn't adjust and the rails like overlap or have a sharp point that looks odd. I tried scaling but still doesn't look just right. Any advice on making the track edges lok right?
I dont know if you come from a design background so I'll make it as easy as possible so if you select your track and look at where the green dots are on the track this is a node look for the one nearest your curve in the track, select it, now when its selected you will see two white handles that shoot off in opposite directions from the center of the node you can now select one of the handles and pull it to create a smooth curve for the flow of your track. Hope this helps

There’s a track called Subspace Dimensions. It’s awesome how it uses the teleporters

Hmmm are you using Fortnite objects or something imported? I'm not sure why it would be getting an "unallowed object" error 🤔

Hmmm that is really strange. Hopefully you can find a fix! I'll be sure to keep an eye out and see if other people are having the same issue :)
Do you know how to add more time on the rocket racing speedrun track on UFEN?
Nice.
Thanks!

Wish they made the track editor more user friendly this is a pain
