BMW E46 M3 Front bumper and Headlight Removal + DIY bumper fix plan

How to remove headlights and front bumper. Then DIY bumper restoration plans - Spray paint? Booth paint? Other options?

The foam reinforcement should not remove from bumper it should stay attached and there should be 4 locating pins holding the M3 bumper inplace joining foam reo to carbon reo.
