The foam reinforcement should not remove from bumper it should stay attached and there should be 4 locating pins holding the M3 bumper inplace joining foam reo to carbon reo.

Quite easy to code out the SAP with an INPA compatible cable and laptop. For an extra 30 bucks or so the EcuWorx software tool can easily do it for you along with a whole host of other stuff like Vmax removal, memory sport button, SMG style shift lights, etc.
