How to use automation with emails in HubSpot

  • In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how to use automation with emails in HubSpot.
    You can use simple workflows to empower your team to focus on creating marketing emails by automating follow-up tasks like adding contacts to a list after they clicked a link in an email.
    Steps to follow:
    Step 1. To set up automation for your email
    Step 2. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing and click email.
    Step 3. In the top right, click Create Email.
    Step 4. In the dialog box, select Regular.
    Step 5. In the email editor, click the Automation tab.
    Step 6. Under the Choose what happens after your email is sent, select the type of workflow you want to create:
    Step 7. To create your own workflow from a blank template, click add a new simple workflow.
    Step 8. In the right slide-in panel, select a workflow trigger.
    Step 9. To add other workflow actions, click the plus icon.
    Step 10. Select your workflow actions.
    Step 11. Next to the workflow's name, click to toggle the switch on.
    In the dialog box, click Save and publish.
    Step 12. After publishing your simple workflow, any changes made to the workflow will automatically apply to currently enrolled contacts.

    Lower pitch voices are taken as more authoritative and are generally listened to better by people. The voice of this video is annoying to listen to.
