  • One of the quickest and easiest mid-week dinners to make! What's better than a super simple, no nonsense stir-fry?
    Ingredients
    5 slices of skin-off pork belly
    200g kimchi, chopped
    ½ onion sliced
    5 spring onions, sliced
    1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
    Vegetable oil
    Sauce
    2 Tbsp gochujang
    2 Tbsp gochugaru
    1 ½ Tbsp light soy sauce
    1 ½ Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp sesame oil

      Go for it. It's called "adjusting the recipe to your taste/what you have on hand", or "cooking" for short.

      It's very common in Korean bbq to use kitchen shears (scissors) to cut meat not using a cutting board.
