This is all such wankery. It's the admins abusing power, it's your RESPONSIBILITY as server owner to do something. Trying to hash this out in RP is rediculous. no they didn't. congressional impeachment and legal charges are two different things from two separate authorities of the US. this is why you don't get legal understanding from influencers. if the president of the US did something that didn't pertain to his office and it was illegal then criminal charges could be leveled against them.
