What is sad is that what Koil says at the end, "Nobody learned anything, did they?" is still going on. The police department gets wiped but pursues dna evidence, the DOJ seemingly gets a brain for 2 seconds and then decides to entertain a bench trial for DeMarco despite 2 judges being on duty after he turned himself in with the promise of said bench trial, and I'm sure the legislation for felons to be unable to vote is not going to incite a similar turnout in the nearby future.
