@@thefenerbahcesk4156 Tebow couldn't have gotten the starting job over Peyton Manning, and he was too high-profile a player to be a backup QB, so Elway had to get rid of him. He was injured before Sanchez started dropping off, so he couldn't really have started for the Jets either. It was a little bit of disrespect, but I'd say it was more of a "wrong place wrong time" scenario.

Either A- He is legitimately the most consistently incorrect, "wrongest" sports pundit in human history. OR....
B- That is his schtick...he intentionally takes outlandish positions to gain press, and uses the contraversy to score huge ratings, and laughs all the way to the bank.

Technically at the time when skip made the comment about Tebow being a bigger draw than Kobe, he WAS a bigger draw. Kobe wasn’t winning any more championships and Tebow was going on that stretch run of miracle comebacks. It was truly phenomenal stuff

No you need somebody who can present a counterpoint to whatever the topic is and back it up with a solid argument not a guy who argues with himself while trying to make his point. Maybe there was a time when he had entertainment value, not that I can recall but now there are many better people who could take his place. Him and Joe Buck still make me wonder how many guys do they have to blow to be on TV as much as they are.

I remember one year I recorded all of Skip Bayless’ NFL game picks (yes, I sacrificed so many brain cells listening to his nonsense I forgot what year this was). For the year, including the playoffs, he was WRONG 88% of the time. He started off the year saying HIS Cowboys would win the Super Bowl. They didn’t even make it to the playoffs. The only time he was right was near the end of the year picking a dominant power house against a loser team, and even then he still pick the wrong team because of his hate or love for that team.
I remember before last year started he picked the Raiders to either win their division or make the playoffs and I knew immediately they would not have a good season.
Bayless was one to say Larry Bird was too slow and could not jump. Would not last 2 years.
