Wow thanks for this great tutorial. I was gifted a ton of these hoops and never thought to crimp the closure. Now time to make some new earrings!!

I used the chain nose pliers to crimp the end down, but it still comes out. If I do it more it ends up smashing and breaking. What am I doing wrong? How can I prevent this from happening and get it to secure shut? Really hate wasting these hoops.

There should be good tension on these hoops. If they are popping out, perhaps a small dab of E6000 glue on the tip can help.

I know which part you mean but I've never know the name of it. We've never sold that part individually unfortunately, it comes pre-attached to those hoops.

Hi - can you start putting your videos on the Rumble Video platform? I would like to get away from UA-cam and think this would benefit you as well. You will reach more people.

Thanks for the rec! In the past we've found other video platforms like Vimeo and Dailymotion didn't provide much of an audience for our sorts of videos but we'll keep an eye on Rumble and see what sort of crafting community is developing there.
