It's amazing, I've been cooking for over 30 years and I've learned more from you than I have from any of the 100s of cookbooks I've wasted money on over the years! You're a lot nicer to look at too 😉❤❤
When the Spanish discovered the banana it had big seeds meaning you couldn’t plant the seed and get a banana tree, but when they brought them over to Spain they cultivated them till they made them without the seeds.
Honestly thought I was the only person who ate zucchini/courgette "raw"! I love it both ways but they taste completely different to me! Both equally tasty!
Hi J SO GLAD TO SEE YOU EVERY VIDEO !! I didn’t realize figs were good for you - I inherited property with several fig trees and I was cutting them down - I think I will keep them - and see how they grow ! I was told there are different varieties of figs -and my trees seem to be different as well - Any ideas on what to do with figs?
While botanically zucchini are fruit, the definition of vegetables themself isn’t a botanical term, it’s a culinary one. So technically a zucchini can be both a fruit and a vegetable
I always heard that zucchini bread tastes just like banana bread, and it’s something I want to try out since I found out I’m allergic to bananas. I miss banana bread so much, but I just haven’t gotten around to buying any zucchini
Funny you should mention that gooseberries have a tomato aftertaste They're both nightshades after all Probably one of my favorite but they get pretty dang expensive in Sweden most of the year
Interesting banana fact. People historically associate bananas with Africa, but they were brought there in the 11th century by Arabian traders, who actually got them from Malaysia. At that time they were the size of fingers and THATS why theyre named after the old Arabic words for hands and fingers
"Botanically it's actually a fruit" Most things that we call vegetables are botanically fruit. The concept of a vegetable is a culinary one and there is no clear definition for a vegetable. Most people would call a zucchini a vegetable, so it's broadly considered a vegetable.
Anything that grows from a flower is botanically a fruit (as the previous poster mentioned the concept of vegetable doesn't exist botanically). So, most things you call vegetables are fruits except root vegetables and leafy greens which are separate botanical classifications. People that say random vegetables are "actually fruits", like the guy in the video, are just confused. "Vegetable" has no clear definition and is just typically assigned based on whether it's usually used culinarily in savory contexts. So, yes, things like tomatoes aren't "actually fruits" like people say unless they're referring to the strict botanical definition. Tomatoes are vegetables in the culinary sense as they're usually used in savory contexts. If you want to call a tomato or a zucchini a fruit, then you better be calling things like cucumbers, egg plants, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. fruit as well.
I dislike Grapefruit 👎! I don't know what it is about Grapefruit but it is nasty! I love Navel Oranges 🍊 🍊 though ❤! Zucchini i don't like those either! The rest of da fruits are yummy 😋!

Golden gooseberries/golden ground cherries are part of the nightshade family! So they’re related to tomatoes and tomatillos! They’re the best 😋

Cape gooseberry is my fave of ’em all! 😍😋

I got lemonade apple at the grocery store they're good but i'd like more lemon flavor
If you hate banana then you can blend frozen courgette into smoothies to get that same extra creamy texture
Fruit Ninja has been surprisingly quite after this!
Another fun fact about banana is that it literally means finger in arabic with an added (a) at the end
❤️
Te ganaron los pajaros, con lo igos, ♥️ you're so cool 😎
I'm definitely going to need aources on those medical claims.
Fun fact those labels on fruit and veggies are edible 😂

Did you know bananas are actually a Berry and their tree is a herb?
You're a beautiful man!
If bananas are sterile, how do we have so many and why are they so cheap
Am i the only one that didn't know zucchini was a fruit?
Botanically, there's no such thing as a vegetable. (It's a culinary term)

How do you grow a banana if they're sterile, then?
They are cloned.
Raw zuckini ??? A hell no dude 😂
That paper is actually safe to eat.
Edit: I eat it.
Anything with seeds in the inside is a fruit
Yall know that the yellow bits in a fig are dead worms🤢🪱
I do want to preface that these supposed health benefits aren't really true
Technically nothing is a vegitable and ill die on that hill
NEVER WASTE THE STICKER
bro why u pointing ur thang at me like dat
Then how do u grow banana if they r sterile
The actual banana seed is sterile, banana trees grow from cross vegetative method where 2 plant combined make a banana tree
@@Jose.elCook oh, thanks for explanation
Why does his face look so different?
You have really nice teeth.
