Made this sleeve for my Kobo Libra Color and stylus!! I chained 26 for the foundation chain and did one less row of cluster puff stitches and it fit perfectly!! Love it!
This was super easy to make! I got the hang of the pattern after a second try, I actually made this for my kobo. I double stranded my yarn (pink and purple) used a 6.5mm (K) hook for the chain (I used 18 chains for a snug fit since I wasn't going to use a button for closing) and a 5.25mm (I) hook for the rest. I ended up doing 9 rows of the puff stitch and the 2 rows hdc at the end. Thank you for the tutorial!

@@sainasharifi7125 hey yes to end each row you'll join to the first st and slip stitch to it. Then ch 1 or 2 (depending on the row) and proceed with the next row.

When you go all around with HDC for thse second time, do you do two HDCs in the last stitch as well like you did it on the first row or not? And right as you finish doing HDC before starting with cluster puffs as well? Hope this makes sense. Thank you

I'm having a bit of trouble. I've triple checked my stitch count for the first two rows and I have 38 stitches. For row 3 I'm getting 19 cluster puffs. But when I go to do round 4, I'm only getting 18 cluster puffs. From what I can see I've done everything exactly how you've done it in the video, including the slip stitches, so I'm not sure what's causing it to decrease. It seems like a few other people have had the same issue as well :( I tried making one where I stitched into the chain 2, and that helps me keep the same number of clusters, but then the seam looks wonky. I'm not sure what to do :(
Oh my gosh scratch all of that. I figured it out! To anyone else having the same issue I did: it's difficult to see in the video. but there is a small stitch directly between the top of the first cluster and the chain 2 that you're supposed to make the slip stitch into. Maybe that's super obvious but that's where I was going wrong. 🤦♀ well I hope my mistake can help someone else in the future!! Boy do I feel silly
