It's of not much use to General public. I have moderate hearing loss and visited an audiologist. The machines suggested are between 60k to 1lac. You should have pointed out about medium cost machines for General public. Or also if only high cost machines are useful and others are scraps.

Why do hearing aids cost bomb? Basically its a circuit inside which has a mic, an amplifier and a receiver(loudspeaker). My Mobile has a much complex circuit but doesn't cost that much. One can buy a 55" TV (Fully digital circuit) in Rs 50,000 but a tiny 2" hearing aid costs 80-90 thousand rupees. Is there a magical circuit more complex than Iphone or 55" TV inside? I feel the price is intentionally hiked to exploit the needy senior citizens.
Madam maine apne father ke liye Phonak company ka VITUS PLUS BTE hearing aid najdeeki audiologist se purchase kiya tha.Lekin box par Engineered in switzerland, Made in china likha hua hai.Phonak to Switzerland ki company hoti hai par box ke upar Made in China likha hua hai. Kya ye Fake ya Copy product hai?
