Bit late but it won't do much, the first time I took on this boss I had all wonder weapons with low ammo and high damage and I couldn't hurt the boss whatsoever. The boss doesn't really have "health" but rather seems to have a number of shots it can take, making the plunger and other burst damage weapons shit against him. You either want to the packed executioners or the minigun wonder weapon.
