He expresses his need for her. "Its been long enough now" He can't handle waiting any longer. He's "pinned down", she's keeping him on a leash like an animal. And the longer she's making him wait, the angrier he's getting, the more dangerous of an animal he is becoming.
You can tell Josh Homme heavily influenced this song. The simple, repetitive, yet very catchy riff and the dark undertones in the lyrics sound like they could have come out of a QOTSA album. No taking away from Turners writing and composition but man did Josh really give AM a much broader scope of musical style. Without his help on this album I don't think they would have quite reached the heights they did with AM album in 2013
