Came for the "hilarious" (it's not), stayed for the serious and deeply human. Excellent film. I've been dealing with the struggles of my husband's mental health (major depression + PTSD), and all the prejudice and lack of understanding that still surrounds the subject is just astounding. According to a WHO 2019 report, in a world of ~9 billion people, ~1 billion were diagnosed with some kind of mental health problem - and that was before the pandemic... just imagine how those numbers must be, right now.
How does this only have 4K views?? Did you re-upload? This is brilliant and deserves a wider audience! The actors are spot on, and the issue of stereotyping is as current as ever! ❤
*Spoiler People: "We dont want someone with mental issues in the building" Person who has a mental health issue: "I've been in the building for 7 years, right across from you"
I found it interesting that Alberto initially presented as the non-judgmental one, but somehow thought it was okay to announce Joaquin's personal business to his new neighbors. Then proceeded to agree to throw his vulnerable coworker/tenant already facing social prejudice out of his living quarters. Pretty sure Nuria just saved this clown from a well-deserved lawsuit. Also, if I were Alberto's manager and found this out he would be so fired and I'd find Joaquin a better place than this one that tenants just admitted is pretty much a dump.
Wow, how quickly people change their minds, not understanding the intricacies of the issue and guided by stereotypes. An excellent film.

Excelente !!
Muy bueno. 👏👏👏👏👏
No sé...
