I remember watching your channel whilst in the depth of my ED and whilst my ED was developing. I stopped watching you for a while because everything felt so restrictive and fake! it was like you were hiding your true self and it was so clear you weren't at your best with your mindset (I hope that didn't seem backhanded lmao) I started watching you again as a now recovered person and whilst I was actively recovering, whilst you were as well! its been a pleasure seeing you regain your spark and seeing you thrive and continue to thrive. I've never enjoyed your channel more than right now where I can see you truly living

THIS!! I can’t describe it! But I should of mentioned - I always used to be soooo caught up on being “perfect” that any time I did mess up - I felt like I should of hid it or edit out!! So yes defo something I’ve learnt to accept about myself - life isn’t perfect, so why make it out to be 💖✨🫶🏼
@@Leilahannoun The same happened to me. I had isolated myself completely from peoplr, focusing on my “goals” that at some point I thought that I have no social abilities, which turned out to be completely fine. Since I started recovering I find myself easily making friends and having THE ENERGY I need to socialise. Before my energy around people used to be so little. Now it’s indeed way better, but must confess anorexia left me with anxiety, depression and OCD tendencies - because of the perfectionist I wanted to be.
You have come so so far, I have been here from the beginning and I am just so proud of you.
You have helped me so much and inspire me everyday💛

Your videos have genuinely helped me in my anorexia recovery so so much, thank you ♥️ I feel similar about being told about mistakes - when I was in a unit at the start I was so involved in my own disorder and was triggering to others and it wasn’t until others pointed it out (which at the time ofc felt like a dagger to the heart but now I completely get!) that I was able to change my ways and then point it out to others who were in the same place that I was. It’s a big thing being able to grow from others’ guidance and outside view and I massively respect how much you listen to us xxx

I’m like 11 mins in and to answer your question, omg I really do see the massive growth in confidence compared to before bc I was thinking this when I was watching your old videos recently. It’s so amazing to see:’) you seemed really quiet and not free to express yourself unlike now you’re glowing and so bubbly in videos and I can relate more. I really want to be confident like you, not just about my body but about myself in general. I sometimes look back at my photos from last year where I literally look like a bobble head but sometimes I find myself missing being that small. I’ve been working on being confident how I look now even tho im 6 kg heavier than I was at my lightest. It’s been working so far but I find myself also trying to lose weight in unhealthy ways bc of fear of being my heaviest again. I’m glad I’m more confident with how I look but I can fully relate with the desire for abs! I really want them but I need to put myself first and it’s not worth harming my body. I’m trying tho and at this point I’m actually waffling 😭 sorry but I just wanna tell you your videos really help with my self-confidence and I’m so proud of you and your journey. I really want it for myself too and it’s really inspirational

Girl we only 5 minutes in and I'm already tearing up with you, even though I've never met you I feel so proud of how far you have come 🌌 looking back on our younger self can bring up a lot of emotion but be thankful to the person you once were because she decided to take a big risk and take that first step to see what it might be like to open her heart and truly love, accept and honour herself and her potential for a full life 💖

Thankyou sophie🥰 strange to say, but I think my therapy was posting online because everytime I posted (before Instagram became reel central) I’d write these big captions (that I’ve saved in a library on Instagram for people to read through) that I would share my thoughts and it would make me reflect and adapt gradually xx

You look incredible in both journeys and I am so proud of you I’ve been watching your channel a while now and to see you grow is amazing you are such a good heart amazing person… I am a bikini competitor and I remember my bulk phase I hated my body soooo much I was hiding away I was so not used to it I loved having a six pack etc but after awhile i stopped caring how I looked I needed to do that in order to get higher but I admit it’s hard but loving your body staying healthy is the top thing everyone needs to learn. I am now 3 weeks away from my competition and it’s amazing how much change has happened with my body.. Keep your work up you’re doing great… btw send me some biscoff spread I can’t get it anywhere in Ireland ;( I hope to meet you one day when I come to UK 🇬🇧

In regards to 14:00 I think it's people assume because you have a "normal" sized body then you have never suffered with insecurities and that is just plain unfair and simply not true. People of all sizes can feel rejected by their social circles and be judged for the way they look
Yess!! This is was trying to say! i understand where people may come from. But usually, the ones that criticise are new, and don’t realise my past body image struggles. So for me to even post that “kind of content” is a big learning curve for me anyway. Accepting my own body at all stages ✨ I don’t do it for people to compare - that’s out of their own doing and something they should personally work on.

your personality has changed, 100%. im a first time watcher and watched only 1 video before this and it was from 2020 and then i clicked on your channel and didnt recognize who this person was in the newer videos! you're so comfortable with yourself now whereas in that first video i saw of you you seemed so timid and unsure of yourself, like you were trying to be a palatable generic youtuber afraid to show your true personality. becoming older and maturing im sure plays a role into all this as well.
