Filo talked about mating with Naofumi back in the first season during that onsen episode. I mean it makes sense that she may get in on an instinctual level, she is an animal mind you.
As for Raphtalia. Well, with her parents dead she had to learn the facts of life from somebody. And I can't think of too many people really fit to do the job. And I can't imagine that Naofumi himself would volunteer for that job either.
Well Ost is perfect for the job and well Naofumi never gona do that because a dad teaching about that to his dauther is impossible XD
Filo talking about mating in first season was completely anime thing. In light novel Filo and naofumi have only father daughter relationship. Naofumi wants same with raphtalia but she wants more
Moments like these remind us how old Raphtalia actually is.

Season 3 will most certainly not have Shildina in it, and S'yne won't officially appear as herself till season 4 at the very least.
