I got you! ❤️ Just had a stay at the in Fort Lauderdale and wow, the room itself + view = 10/10! 🌴☀️ However, gotta keep it real with you - the hotel staff’s customer service was less than stellar. 🏨 If good customer service is a big deal to you, I’d pass this one up but if you take that out of the equation: the room + location + view…..phenomenal! 🤩 Tell me: would poor service make or break choosing a location for you?
