PRO TENNIS PLAYER | A day in the life

Hi, I am Dasha! And this my first ever vlog! Hopefully, not the last one. For the last few months, I feel like I've just had one long day (tbh it's probably the same for anyone living in VIC or NSW). Been training all by myself, as all my mates are on tour while I am recovering from the Achilles surgery. I am super super super grateful that I have my team to help me get thru this injury and get back to playing competitive tennis very soon!!! (hopefully)!

Nice video, well filmed and put together. Excited to see your good run at Indian Wells (+Ukraine colours!). Hope you do a lot of aerobic training at slow pace (running, swimming etc). Good to see you walking and cycling. Less 'brown' food and more colourful stuff (vegies and fruits). I hope you practice more the shots you don't use often or at all, you're already good at topspin groundies.

I think she works 2-3hr in the gym every day plus a few more hours on the court it is a full work out. And she been doing this since she is a wee little girl. :)
