After marinating the meat for 1 hr , cook in a pressure cooker on high flame for 1 whistle, then reduce flame and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Meat should be 85 percent cooked But please note the time of cooking varies depending on the quality, cut and age of meat

As mentioned in the video. After one whistle keep on low flame for 3 minutes Time taken depends on the quality of meat too. For frying we do t want to overcook the meat as we will be frying it later.
