Great to see an insight into one of the cars there- similar specification to what we are required to run on our cars here in Australia for the Bathurst 6 hour and Australian Production cars, however we have a requirement of 100 cars minimum be built in that specification within Australia, which means we cant run the GP3 turbo, wide arches, or wing. and within our classing structure unfortunately the JCW is outclassed dramatically, so an F56 Cooper S would be the ticket for us. Really cool to see a walk around though too- would love to see the TCA Car too!

I’m hoping to get to 300 whp in my jcw clubman. Just need to tune the ecm after doing the valve steam seal and then should be good to go!

They're off the shelf, race car spec.

@@TheMINIac off of who's shelf? lol...Can't buy them 'off the shelf' around here. Already checked the dealer. They have no idea where they came from (at least that's what they told me). And definitely can't find anything like those at the aftermarket parts places around here either.

@bondoman2k they’re standard hood pins for race cars. They’re not an OEM part. We had to modify the hoods to accept the pins and the hardware. It’s an off the shelf race car product.
MINI doesn’t build race cars. Only LAP Motorsports builds race car MINI’s in the US.
