I think the final waste is used for felting. So relaxing to watch you work!

Felting is one option. Making cloud for more spinning is another. Video on that coming soon! -Kimberly

I tried this method on a lovely Rambouillet fleece that is full of vm and 2nd cuts . Thank you for sharing.

This technique does wonders on separating out the crud in fleece!
      Thanks for your comment.

I don't have combs, so I do something similar with my Cormo fleece except I spin right from the card. It give me near worsted results. It's kind of slow, but it's my go to method.

We all work with what we have. I've thought about making a video showing spinning from a hand card...Just goes to show you there are so many ways to do things!
      I appreciate your comment!

TheNaturalSpinner Thanks so much. I love you videos. I'm saving for combs/hackle so I can make blended roving/top one day. .

Hi, Kim! How many TPI your cards have? What cards you will recommend for fibers like qiviut or cashmere? Thank you for your video.

Final waste fiber could be used for stuffing x

Your comment prompted me to watch this video again. I hadn't seen it for some time. I always see room for improvement when I re-watch. I am always trying to make the best videos. Yes, tedious can pay off :) Have you tried this?
Thanks for your comment! -Kim :)

My Mother was a Depression era baby, so we were not allowed to throw anything away:) Yes I use fluffy stuff to spin :) Even though the "true spinners" might think it not worthy enough to spin :) I do keep it separate from the best fiber. Thank you for your video, it's a keeper :)
