    Hey bro u miss that

  • @trianaoller5763

apart from the beautiful vocals and lyrics, the video is very meaningful. she pulling out the outfits she wore through her career… just beautiful. also, she said on the zane lowe’s interview that this song is exactly how she’s feeling so she didn’t write it just for the movie. insane.

  • @fleekrushyt9410

Its simple, but i think thats what gives it the sentiment it gives off. Simple but meaningful.

When they played this song during the home video montage in the Barbie movie, I absolutely sobbed. Such a beautiful song for a beautiful piece of film.

Prediction - she'll win another oscar for this song. It's so beautiful and perfect contrast to the other songs on the soundtrack.

Love this song so much!!! if u look closely, the outfits are mini versions of what she has worn on red carpets in the past!!

  • @louern123

    she’s so fucking creative

i feel like this song cld be in the context of barbie exploring the ‘real’ world and she feels sadness for the first time because she has been living in a fantasy dream all her life. the line where she says ‘don’t tell my bf it’s not what he’s made for’ it cld be in the context of ken wanting to help barbie but he too has never experienced it and is also not mean to go out into the ‘real’ world. and it’s so sad to think of this, being in a situation where ur seeing someone suffering but u can’t do anyth to help. this is sad af. (i might need therapy for coming up of this)

  • @immkk1125

the way i was holding my tears in the theater 🥲 this movie was both therapeutic but mostly bittersweet

This is such a beautiful song. Billie Eilish has been trying many new ways of singing, but whenever she does her airy version, she always adds a creepy effect to it, no matter what song. Lovely? Sad but creepy effect. everything i wanted? Slightly creepy. my future? Not sad, but happier, still creepy. No Time To Die? Super creepy. Even bad guy has a slight ghostly sound to it. But this song? This is a sad song, yet has no creepy effect to it. Not the tiniest bit, unlike her usual sad songs. That is why this sounds so different.

it’s amazing how billie always finds a way to sing amazing in every type of singing. billie is just one of a kind and we need to recognize that. love her

how did you not bawl your eyes out?! i cry every time i hear this song fr

  • @lemonkittycat5947

Billie is just differently creative in her own ways, and I love that. Her trying new ways of singing is a step up from her songs but her soft airy vocals/songs are also gonna be #1!
