  • Today I'm sharing with you 5 daily habits I've been consistently doing for the past 7 months which led me to lose weight, overcome depression, defeat insomnia, and improve my mental health. I have never felt better in my body. In this season of my life, God has been pressing on my heart to focus on my health and wellness.
    Practicing these daily habits has helped me to attain better spiritual, physical, and mental health. I am no longer living life in survival mode I intend to thrive as a child of God.
