Hi Sean, a few months ago I pulled Giana and had both Giana and Laima! At the start of April I pulled Han but fed him by accident, my phone froze when I was powering up my nana and I spam clicked the screen. When it finally unfroze my Han was gone 😂😭. It still shows his 5 star unawakened image on my monster box history but not the awakened form. Do you know anyone I can contact about trying to get it back?? I tried emailing com2us
