Great video, this is one BAD ass build! I think starting with a quality harness and decent instructions goes a long ways towards success. I wired my '55 Dodge (my first complete wiring install BTW) with a Rebel Wiring kit. I talked directly to the guy building my harness. This allowed me to keep it 6V + ground and keep it safe to use a factory ammeter w/fusible link. Your kit is much more complex, but like you said-same things apply no matter how many circuits.
Just seeing all that spaghetti all over the place caused the anxiety levels to skyrocket. "I like wiring"....no, not weird, man. But possibly certifiably insane. ;)

Its coming together nicely! I love using weatherpak connectors. A few extra steps, but, connections will stay dry! Great Job Ian!!
