This is unbelievable... We're in the same boat, I'm Brazilian and I'm known in my community as the owner of one of the most complete Fortnite locker in the world, I had 100% of the skins collected. I also had my account banned and inactivated a few weeks ago for reasons very similar to yours, so coming from another collector, I know exactly how you feel, a lot of time and money invested for Epic Games to just ruin everything with 1 click. This is a collector's worst nightmare. When you can't even have a place to store your collectibles. A collector likes to have everything in one place, neat and organized. The account merge feature was made because Sony was originally being an ass about cross play and if you played on say PlayStation you couldn't log into your epic account on xbox or switch and vice versa. After Sony finally caved in and allowed cross play epic offered the option to merge accounts and it was for people that had to make two different accounts so they could play on both PlayStation and other platforms at the time if that made sense. I think it was against tos to merge an account that you didn't play on originally so that's the only reason his old account got locked though I think its dumb they locked his account because of how much time and money he put into the game and the fact that it was years ago he did that.

This happens to ppl everyday I got banned for “hacking “ after spending 1000s of dollars on this game and when I contacted support they argued me down that I cheated ! And gave me automated responses It’s crazy because I played since season 1 and have never in my life cheated

I was hacked and had the email address changed by a cringey kid and thought my account was gone but when I was able to give them my oldest statement they got the account back for me and I was allowed to change the email back to mine. This video was so hard to watch. I am a person who can feel what the other person is feeling through voice and the topic of the situation. But this just made me feel bad, heart broke, heart rate going up while watching, frustuation. All of these emotions and I am NOT even the one who is affected to it. I can just imagen how he is feeling right now off screen. Crying, pain, stressed, unexited on a game he loves, mixed emotion. Even going through depression at times. Since its not something small. Its something that he put time, hours, days into. Hard earn money, cosmetics you will never be able to get again. Skins that have history and stories to tell from past seasons. All of that GONE. Its crazy to see him still think in the positive side after all of this. I know he is feeling all of these emotions, but I am proud how he is handling it. Even though, his account will most likely not be back, perhaps a 50/50% 30% Account back- His account can be back since I talk have contacts to other Epic Employees and people in Fornite. Which brings him to an uper standard compared to the general player. (Which might seem scummy, but its the honest truth.) Though, you have to understand he is now making content for Epic that promotes their game to people. So I Talk basically works for the company in some ways. Which makes extra contacts to higher ups understandable. 70% Account Lost - Altough, he does have contact to people at Epic. He admits in this video that he ALREADY tried that, but most of them said they can do almost nothing about it. It also does not help that he did broke a terms of service, which means you can't really come back from it. This further makes his chances of his account back decrease. All odds are against this happening since I talk is in the wrong, and he knows it. AND if he gets his account back because hes a worker, people will ask Epic to do the same for them since I talk got the ability to do so. Which will make it unfair to the people who had the same situation as I Talk. Making Epic not do the decision and make it that I talk does not retrieve his account back to avoid problems. Overall, I do hope his account comes back. Honestly all of us do. Its just I talk and deep inside us all know that in doing so, will bring so much problems with it. Though, it will also make us happy for somone that is realistic and honest to the community. A person that we can trust, and know his intentions are good. Though, whatever happens. It will not be the same no more. Even in this video we see I Talk allready feeling different about the game. and will continue to feel it for the rest of his career if his account is not back. The quality and ability to make videos about the game will be different and show a different aura. We will see his reaction to the event be good, but notice the change of mood. Im just confused how they allow the feature of merging accounts back then, but disable accounts that merged??
The account merge feature was made because Sony was originally being an ass about cross play and if you played on say PlayStation you couldn't log into your epic account on xbox or switch and vice versa. After Sony finally caved in and allowed cross play epic offered the option to merge accounts and it was for people that had to make two different accounts so they could play on both PlayStation and other platforms at the time if that made sense. I think it was against tos to merge an account that you didn't play on originally so that's the only reason his old account got locked though I think its dumb they locked his account because of how much time and money he put into the game and the fact that it was years ago he did that.

This video was so hard to watch.
I am a person who can feel what the other person is feeling through voice and the topic of the situation. But this just made me feel bad, heart broke, heart rate going up while watching, frustuation.
All of these emotions and I am NOT even the one who is affected to it. I can just imagen how he is feeling right now off screen. Crying, pain, stressed, unexited on a game he loves, mixed emotion. Even going through depression at times. Since its not something small.
Its something that he put time, hours, days into. Hard earn money, cosmetics you will never be able to get again. Skins that have history and stories to tell from past seasons. All of that GONE.
Its crazy to see him still think in the positive side after all of this. I know he is feeling all of these emotions, but I am proud how he is handling it.

30% Account back- His account can be back since I talk have contacts to other Epic Employees and people in Fornite. Which brings him to an uper standard compared to the general player. (Which might seem scummy, but its the honest truth.) Though, you have to understand he is now making content for Epic that promotes their game to people. So I Talk basically works for the company in some ways. Which makes extra contacts to higher ups understandable.
70% Account Lost - Altough, he does have contact to people at Epic. He admits in this video that he ALREADY tried that, but most of them said they can do almost nothing about it. It also does not help that he did broke a terms of service, which means you can't really come back from it. This further makes his chances of his account back decrease. All odds are against this happening since I talk is in the wrong, and he knows it. AND if he gets his account back because hes a worker, people will ask Epic to do the same for them since I talk got the ability to do so. Which will make it unfair to the people who had the same situation as I Talk. Making Epic not do the decision and make it that I talk does not retrieve his account back to avoid problems.
Overall, I do hope his account comes back. Honestly all of us do.
Its just I talk and deep inside us all know that in doing so, will bring so much problems with it. Though, it will also make us happy for somone that is realistic and honest to the community. A person that we can trust, and know his intentions are good.
Though, whatever happens. It will not be the same no more.
Even in this video we see I Talk allready feeling different about the game. and will continue to feel it for the rest of his career if his account is not back.
The quality and ability to make videos about the game will be different and show a different aura.
