Well done. Many people in metropolitan areas would not realise the levels of skills a modern farmer need to master if he, or she is going to have any chance of being successful at farming, and off-cause, there are also the vaguaries of the weather to contend with, plus the issue of fluctuating prices for produce, and dealing with potential pests and diseases of plants and livestock, and at times bothersome bureaucracies to deal with as well.! Good thing there still are skillful hardworking farmers to supply most of our daily food requirements.!
I love seeing your tractor maintenance videos Dan, especially on the classics. Make me feel like I should look at getting a 35 when I am in market for another tractor.
Good job Dan you always look after your tractors I have put new clutch kit washed backend out of tvo new diff bearings I am going through my we tractor there great to work on 🚜👌
Good video do you know what other wheel rims will fit on my 3600 Ford tractor as I've been looking on eBay and I wondered what other ones will fit it thanks Danny
Good little job done dan, didn’t take too long & has prevented a potentially much bigger job or breakdown! Just looking straight at the dynamo bracket there on the first camera angle and just wondering how it’s held on as the two bolts that screw into the timing cover look to be missing ?
Great video Dan, I think you need to invest in a role bar, just thinking of you that's all, even if you're ground is flat I've rolled a tractor and trust me it's fucking scary!!
YOU cant beat the old type oil bath air filters When MF changed to dry air filters a neighbour wrecked his new MF135 by not keeping his air filter clean I should ad he farmed very sandy soil the sand got in the bores and acted as sand paper
Hi Dan, what did you spray into the glass bowl when you cleaned it out? I noticed you didn't put stabiliser on when you put the Stanhay drill on the tractor. Don't you use them?
Very enjoyable video, you cant beat a pair of Stilsons wedged against a lower link arm. Be careful with comments about 60 yr old nuts, some of us are sensitive !! A well place right boot always aids hitching on an implement. looking forward to the drilling video.
🤔So why no 550??🤣🤣🤦♂. I do enjoy the simplicity of the old girls, it never a few week job, just half hour ones. Can’t wait to see her out putting seed in 😊
That engine does not sound right to me Dan . Sounds like one of its inlet valves is not seating .Maybe not enough valve clearance . By the look of the non standard dynamo bracket it was probably fitted with an alternator at some stage of its life .
Greetings from Peshawar Pakistan. I keep dairy cow and love to operate tractor on my land.

Brilliant video Dan as Always on the 35 takes me back many years first tractor with the scraper Great wee Tractor.
Excellent and informative. Brilliant small tractor the 35.
Brilliant video Dan thanks for sharing 👍
Great setup 👍

Love the content Dan , keep up the good work, classic farming still the best!

Nice one Dan, look forward to the next instalment 👍
Cracking wee tractor, great channel 👍
Another gr8 vintage Thursday Dan
Great video Dan,them old Massey Ferguson’s run forever
Good job Dan you always look after your tractors I have put new clutch kit washed backend out of tvo new diff bearings I am going through my we tractor there great to work on 🚜👌
brilliant video dan as always!
I've been looking forward to this since your Instagram post!
Another great video 👍
One seed per hole , no singling 👍 . I hated singling swedes and mangolds when I worked on a farm in the early 70s .
I don't hear so good, why did you change the back tires? Thanks for the video.
Aaahh, those metric adjustable stilsons to the rescue :)
Good video do you know what other wheel rims will fit on my 3600 Ford tractor as I've been looking on eBay and I wondered what other ones will fit it thanks Danny

Yes, it's not the original engine and has a bodged bracket as the holes in the timing cover are stripped.
Dilinizi anlamıyorum ama videolarınızı izliyorum. Bende de 1963 modeli var, Massey hastasıyım selamlar.
Just noticed you haven’t got a Roll bar on the 35x
have you tried sticking a few coins or washers in the jaws of the spanner to make gap smaller
Great video Dan, I think you need to invest in a role bar, just thinking of you that's all, even if you're ground is flat I've rolled a tractor and trust me it's fucking scary!!
Golden opportunity to demonstrate the Ferguson jack on the 3pl
ua-cam.com/video/nOqsSHzPacs/v-deo.html
Dan you will have to look a for a Ferguson system jack lifts all the wheels in one go be bit of fun if you can find one
I think he's got one

Great video Dan, such a simple but ingenious system. Is there any reason you don't seem to use penetrative spray before undoing old bolts?
They're moved regularly so not seized.
Great explained video dan, if you put the row crops on normal width would there not be 2 rows in the middle and 2 on outside?
We tired it last year when we changed the drill, it doesn't work out.
YOU cant beat the old type oil bath air filters When MF changed to dry air filters a neighbour wrecked his new MF135 by not keeping his air filter clean I should ad he farmed very sandy soil

Hi Dan, what did you spray into the glass bowl when you cleaned it out?
I noticed you didn't put stabiliser on when you put the Stanhay drill on the tractor. Don't you use them?
Just some brake cleaner.
The drill follows well enough without stabilisers.

Tractor nuts are a different breed 😁
@@CowfarmerDan Love it, i just couldn't resist the temptation !!
You should leave it set-up like this, unless of course there's a storage issue.
Ágora está pronto para trabalhar nas montanhas 😂😂😂🇧🇷
Excellent video Dan!
I forgot to say there 8 stud wheels thank you for your time Danny
No laptop computer an a degree in IT to service a 35 🙄 no AD blue an forced regen to be done 👌 an most important doesn't cost the earth 👍👍
🤔So why no 550??🤣🤣🤦♂. I do enjoy the simplicity of the old girls, it never a few week job, just half hour ones. Can’t wait to see her out putting seed in 😊
There's always one who's a bit special 🙄
Hi Dan looks like you need a an af adjustable 🤔😁👍
Yes, only metric ones here.
Yes, only metric ones here.
So who's the vintage one - the Tractor or it's owner? Lol....
If you are getting that muck in the bowl why is it not filling the gaze filter in the tank?
There may not be one in the tank.
I'd sooner have it in the bowl and clean it out easily than bunging up the tank filter and stopping the fuel flow.
Dan, what size are the narrow row crop tires?
7.2x36
Didn’t you have to put stabiliser bar on to keep it straight and rigid Dan.
No, it follows well enough once in the soil.
If it's held rigid a small error in steering is magnified in the drill rows.
