Os caras dependem única e exclusivamente da barra azul…sendo que o char no modo azul (sem usar a barra) já tem melhorias em relação aos outros modos…mas nem isso…os caras só entram no jogo quando estouram a barra…

But in Japan you have to admit its like that in every Game.
In a3 you have Guy who only Play their Main chara. In 3s also. Those are Hardcore Specialists and will lose in Bad Match Up and never switch regardless.

I don't believe this is macro... For exemple: 1:01:34 he hits the special Guy and try to combo after this, he miss and stop. If was a macro plp, the guy will do the full combo in the air....
