In regards to feb 29th entry. I totally get the whole feeling good thing. It doesn’t sound strange at all. Im a caregiver on the behavioral ( one on one) and a supervisor and 25 weeks pregnant so feeling good is very rare. Whether it is energy wise or mood wise so when I have a day when I am feeling so good it’s like a little celebration in my head.

Our Pediatrician recommended a decongestant (real Sudafed) with the Motrin and it helped ours when their tension/anxiety headaches came. Because the decongestant helps open up sinuses for sure and does something else that helps

I'm a 70's baby, I'm older than Google!! 😂
And yeah, hot flashes suck, I remember them and the ramped up anxiety during perimenopause. It gets better, but the trade off is those hormones kept me skinny. Now looking at a Klondike makes me gain weight.....🙄

Have you tried the planners from Sterling? I am n love with my B6 and TN planners and she also has a “weeks size planner but I’m determined to stay in my H Weeks which has dragon has dragons on the cover, they remind me of seahorses but then we live on the GulfcoastLOL. I absolutely love them. Where did you get the coffee pencil board and that gorgeous washi ewitg the flowers and clocks?
