I don’t think the suggestions provided were hard stops, rather, if you are not ready, for ANY reason, then it’s best to divert from dating until you are.
I love these preaches, but please please bring more clarification on the part of "women say yes to dates" because it can easily be interpreted as "everytime a godly guy asks you on a data say yes" and it's not ok, because there might be many reasons that a woman wants to say NO, for example: She doesn't know that man well enough in friendship for her to feel comfortable enough for a date since dates give expectations, and men should respect that and not resent the woman for the rejection. Women are not more "godly" for saying yes to dates to every "godly" guy, if you don't feel like it, it's perfectly fine and they should absolutely respect that. Please include more clarification!
What he has said in times past when talking about “women say yes to dates” is that they don’t play games with guys texting late at night to “u up?” Or “wyd?” Or any other pick up line that will lead a person on/ lead down a path of activity that is not God-honoring. Godly women say yes to Godly men who ask them on dates and can lead to relationships that honor God and each other.
Great advice. As a divorced person, I can tell you most people are not ready for it for the first or second time. Put God first.
I love the Porch, David was preaching Good as usual, I have listens to so many sermons on dating from the porch and each time I learn something new.
So good! Just want to put it out there though that just because you aren’t done school doesn’t mean that you can’t get married. You can.

Personally i believe that both genders should have equal responsabilities, but otherwise everyhing else is fine here
my testimony after 37 years of marriage;
the only winning move is not to play
Not 'playing' is by definition a losing move, and it's a pathetic choice if it's merely an attempt to avoid failure.
@@vibeauxssxuaebiv3489 for me the juice was never worth the squeeze, but I had to learn it the hard way.
Keep in mind a lot of wolves hang out in churches.
Much of this is not substantiated by the Bible.
could you elaborate please?
