  • SUMMARY
When you are at a low moment, how does satan attack you? What about when you are at a high moment? When and how does he attack you most? As we continue our sermon series, Unseen Battle, JP teaches through the first couple chapters of Job, showing us how the enemy attacks us.

When we see our own inability to deal with the temptations, it is a wonderful opportunity to stop and glorify God…to turn to Him who knows our every need.

    God is so good.
And he gives peace that makes no sense.
Anyone reading this has to know that God loves and you can make an impact and serve him with your life, no matter how small or unworthy you feel.

Stay temperate, and be clear with yourself that EVERY GOOD AND PERFECT GIFT IS FROM ABOVE….every breath is from HIM, every good idea is from HIM…

This is unbelievably good teachings. Thank you for the guidance, and I have watched the "hoody" sermon too. Didn't even noticed as the content was so good! You have a tremendous blessing on your life being able (and obedient) to present the Bible in such an easy understandable way. One is like "why didn't I think about that when I have read that scripture". Praise to God! Watching from Namibia.

SAtan was given permission to take everything that Job had except Job himself.

Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
    KJV: Ephesians 6:11-12

I'm not sure where the idea was that Job was oral tradition and the we LOST some of the context. Please help us out here because , that makes it sound like GOD didnt preserve the STORY

Our attacks come from our own flesh, the world systems, (money, power, fame), the devil. 3 sources.

It wasn't just that she had a shaved head - she has Alopecia. Chris Rock made a joke about her bald head while she is struggling with an autoimmune disease.
Alopecia areata: Alopecia is the medical term for bald. Areata means patchy. This patchy baldness can develop anywhere on the body, including the scalp, beard area, eyebrows, eyelashes, armpits, inside your nose, or ears. Alopecia totalis: The person loses all hair on the scalp, so the scalp is completely bald.

@@mahthil In all reality many people thought that Jada's shaving of her head was a cosmetic choice. And it isn't known if Chris Rock knew of her condition. However, Demi Moore looked very well in GI Jane so there is no reason to take it as an insult. Quite honestly I don't see that as an insult at all and if you look at the video footage Will Smith is laughing right after the joke, but she immediately gets upset. I don't think that it was Will responding to the joke but Jada responding negatively and Will responding to Jada.

So that's an excuse to go hit someone? You are lost if you believe that, plus ignorant!

Yes, that nuance is very important. It doesn't excuse the act but it's important to clarify things.
