You’re not lying! That’s also why it’s hard for owners to find something appealing. I personally just want more volume/tone and that’s not easy to create.
I agree with the room, The GRC sounds ok from the factory. However, the OE system weighs 25-30 lbs, and it's not my style. There's always a method to the madness.
That's a good, inexpensive option for many. TBH, I still think the stock exhaust sounds great and looks better than the dual pipe center only set up, but that's just me. I haven't found anything yet that I like more than the stock set up yet for the money anyone one wants. Good job though and thinking outside the box as it does sound good, both cars do, just different.
I definitely understand the love for the stock exhaust because Toyota did an amazing job with it. I also have been having a hard time finding aftermarket options that I love. Magnaflow is the best sounding to me. But I am also about to go fill custom with Vibrant resonators and a universal Greddy or HKS muffler.
I mean that’s a much more involved project on my friends car lol you said that like it was LEGOs 😂😂😂, but more is coming. This answer the “midpipe, muffler” question for sound/performance. Next step is more.
I personally think the car sounds great stock. But I'm in the minority, I don't like to make my performance cars louder. To each their own. Hope you enjoy your car.
TBH even the stock exhaust sounded good to me!
Bro I’ve been saying that I have a circuit and I love my stock exhaust
@@Gr4yota Yup it sounds amazing in my opinion.

@@CarQuicks Yup it's a great car out the box.

@@CarQuicks My favorite is the Magnaflow too. I'm looking forward to seeing what you choose next and how it sounds.
Keep it up!
Appreciate the view and this is only the beginning. I love doing this!
Nice job 👍 sounds good .. I’ll stay stock on my car 🚗 .. stock sounds okay..
Stock sounds really good, so I definitely see a lot of people keeping it.
Shouldve just made a custom triple tip exhaust, muffler delete

Any cel in regards to the valve not being connected to the muffler even though it’s still plugged in?
No CEL, unplugging it is where the issues come with the car's ECU reducing engine power. Plugged in and tucked away it is good.

Oh no… you aren’t. I know more than a few who prefer the stock exhaust. Overall it’s a very good sounding car.
lol until he revved it I couldn’t even tell it was on 😂. What was the full cost
Haha! Full cost I believe was around $350, maybe even less.
Stock sounds better ngl
I know a few people with GR Corollas who prefer the stock sound, I lean more to the aggressive tones, but it sounds good out the box.
Talk to an exhaust shop they can make you a custom exhaust for a few hundred bucks. \
I’ve been reaching out for some ideas I want to my car for an exhaust.
