Thanks for your response! We make a very similar cart with an aluminum frame that just might check the boxes for you: store.graniteind.com/product/aluminum-utility-cart-with-fork-footplate
Actually, the aluminum one is not at all like this cart in terms of functionality - not sure why "American Cart" would reference this aluminum cart. I agree with the original comment. These steel carts are great designs for moving heavy items across rough terrain, safely. However, the careful use of aluminum in strategic places would lower the weight of the cart with little compromise in load bearing ability. Also, this type of cart would benefit from some sort of front axle "locking" system to assist in the loading and unloading of heavy weights. Finally, there should be some sort of padding accessory that would prevent the direct metal to metal contact between the cart and certain types of loads that can easily be scratched. Not all your customers want to move heavy "inflatables" over grass fields. Some of use just want to move expensive office or kitchen appliances over long distances as safely as possible. And please, "American Cart" don't respond to my comment by referencing your line of appliance hand truck - they are clearly no as well designed as the Looped Handle Fork Hand Trucks (not in the same league).
The Standard Tall Fork Hand Truck - 600 lb capacity The Dual Wheel Tall Fork Hand Truck - 600 lb capacity The Multi Fork Tall Fork Hand Truck - 1,000 lb capacity
Hi James, yes the design is very reliable. All American Carts come with a 3 year warranty on the frame. The flat free tires are maintenance free and very durable. If you have additional questions feel free to give us a call: 877-447-2648. Thank you!
Hi Anthony, thanks for the feedback! The forks are 18" long and work for a wide variety of applications. But we're always looking for ways to improve our product!
We have not done stair testing with the unit. It can generally handle going off curbs, but it does not have the stair crawlers that a typical appliance hand truck would have for stairs.
Definitely not a masters degree holder in microphone balance & placement. Poor sound quality,k: in a product overview video makes me wonder if the product itself is manufactured to similarly poor standards.
Hi Snailsail, thank you for the feedback! We have been working improving our video quality over the last year. We have a new microphone that is a significant upgrade. Cheers!
The ratchet mechanism should be adjustable in height to strap down loads of various heights.
Can you show it with the smaller wheels 🛞 in the flatter position?
Nice presentation.
I like hand trucks with pneumatic tires in stairs. They have the best traction and inherent suspension!
The last one is amazing, just wish it could go completely flat to the floor.
Never mind, it does… sold

Each 10" Flat Free Tire is rated at 300 lb.
