Liking the dual cooling fans - except they seem "noisy".. I'll sometimes add them to some of the cheaper amplifiers if they done have a fan. Cheap and easy to add a decent and quiet computer fan to an amp, and just power it off of the remote start power line.

Marts is definitely up and coming. People are trying to put it up against Taramps but don’t even know people who made the brand came from taramps and took all of that knowledge to make a beast. I’ll always recommend this brand!

taramps big boss 3 is $299 and put out 7000 watts !love to see a dyno on the big boss 8 wich is the same price as the marts
That is merely a momentary peak before the smart technology can react and clamp down on the power. The dynos count up, not back down on a reactive load.
Nobody should be making amps that don’t accept hi level 40v inputs and built in dsp. Its about to be 2024 cars have changed and the amps needs to as well just not enough manufacturers do this.

The MP line is re labeled powerus amps. It even has the limiter.
Not all of them in finding out. The new 3500 v2 is made in China. Using powerus board but built in china. Some of the v2 are supposedly still coming from brazil...
Id still pick taramp over the marts big boss 8k for this price
I feel that. If the extra 5-6 inches of the smart 8 is not a problem, then the smart wins over the powerus/marts for daily.
Competition...I'd go elsewhere. Orion, crescendo, marts/powerus, incriminator audio even mmats audio.
For that price I could buy the md 12000 for an extra 100 or better yet buy any of the taramp 8ks now y’all do the math and the guts don’t look all that different! I might be bias but taramp seems to know that sweet spot is the reason I run them with the dirty power!😂😂
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that amp 16v capable? If so then those numbers are nothing compaired to running it at 15.5v. Might wanna redo that at a higher voltage.

Found out from a good source that these are Chinese copies of Powerus amps. Quality is unknown time will tell.

It depends on your impedance rise and what true ohms you are at.

No they aren’t that loud. The video mic amplifies everything more than real world.
@@HiFiVector that amp puts out some serious power! I've seen the Marts on BJA before but wasn't too sure being that I haven't heard much about them. If it's reliable then it's a killer amplifier for sure!
