May Allah(SWT) continue to grant you beneficial knowledge so that people can benefit from it.
Unbelievable the way time flies.. we're already in the 2nd Ashra. Subhan'Allah! Only two-thirds left! May Allah make these days truly blessed for us all& the whole Ummah (Ameen).

      Aameen and you too!
And YES subhan'Allah the time flies so fast, it seems as if this Ramadan is going by faster than all the previous ones.

      @@nordicmuslim Yeah, indeed!
I think it's kinda the reality of our time on earth as well. It will ‘fly’ by until the unexpected day of our ‘departure’ to eternity comes and we don’t know how many we will witness. (only Allah SWT knows) therefore, every Ramadan actually is a precious gift to us.
May Allah help us all to be among the smart ones who do their best to gain maximum rewards in this blessed month.(Ameen)

This comment definetely doesn't go with the topic of the video but I'm the guy who expressed my interest for islam in October 2022. I also happened to share my story to have some perspective. You answered some of my questions on islam by email. My interest kind of like faded away, because I had felt like I had taken a too big bite. I mean by that, I started seeing islamic feed, then I found you channel (I was really surpriaed to find an Estonian muslim channel) and expressed myself and contacted through email. All of that in a matter of days. It was around a month when I took the time down and didn't think about ant religion (sort of a break) until I tried to get into Christianity again. I tried to feel God, get The Holy Spirit in me, but I never really felt like I'm in a connection with God. And lately I have been thinking Islam more often but I'm yet scared to give it a second chance to try. Because when it comes to religion, personally, I'd say I don't really know what I'm doing. But I'm still getting curious about Islam. I just happen to have a lack of experience and perspective.

    • @nordicmuslim
      @nordicmuslim  Рік тому +2

Yes, I of course remember you. The fact that you're being made curious about Islam and sort of being pulled towards it like this speaks for itself.
God guides those who He wishes and it's for us to accept His guidance and not to turn away from it. And if you're worried about your young age and lack of experience etc then there are people even younger than you who have accepted Islam. It's better not to wait with learning more about it and perhaps even accepting it for too long because if you do some other things may start occupying your time & mind and it might sort of kill your interest in religion or make it fade away, covered by all your other interests, responsibilities etc. It's also something that happens to a lot of people.
Recently an Estonian wrote to me who said he had already felt like a Muslim when he was 13 or something but then it sort of faded away till he recently started getting more serious about it again now in his 20s. This is a huge blessing that his interest came back but there's never a guarantee that it does when one just gets lazy about it or rejects it altogether for whatever reasons.
May God guide you to that which is the best for you in this life and the next!

@@nordicmuslim I have some to argue about what you said that it is better to learn and convert quickly. Last time, things went so quickly and I had a little breakdown, it all was too new and too much for me all at once. But the reason for me looking to give islam another try, is the argument that does all of my eternal fate depend on a man who started the gospel (and was biblically crucified for his teachings and beliefs) or rather how I have lived my life. Also one of the most respectable things about Islam is the true feeling of surrendering. Most christians pray standing, but muslims take their time, place down a mat and they get to their knees. And that is beautiful. The following years I would not have the opportunity to follow all Islamic rules too, for example eating pork or fasting on Ramadan. Because pork is the cheapest meat out there and used in everything (the food I make at home and The food we get at School), beef is much more expensive, there isn't as many chicken products and lamb is almost non existent in my local stores. Also I would have problems fasting because I must eat before School and there isn't a good chance that I could skip the lunch too. Im not using these as excuses, I'm more referring to them as difficulities.

@@tikao5467 Maybe I misunderstood where you are right now exactly regarding Islam but I do believe that anyone that believes Islam is the true religion and there is only one God and that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is His final messenger, should not wait too long with converting.
Of course I also don't want to rush anyone and people need to feel comfortable with their decision but at some point one just has to make that decision and say the shahada.
Even if they are not able to follow all of the rulings all at once which is natural. And in time things will fall into place insha'Allah. I know it from my own experience. For example with pork I first started leaving the pork pieces in the soup when eating at school, I mean eating all the other stuff around it but not the pork. Then later on at some point pork just started to feel disgusting to me and it was easy to leave it altogether.
Same with fasting. I first fasted from food (not water) before I actually accepted Islam but I was inclining towards it. And next year I did proper fasting and it wasn't as difficult as one would think. Things fall in place and Allah makes things easier for those who sincerely want to follow His laws. But of course some difficulties will also remain and we will be tested one way or another because Allah says it in the Qur'an.
"Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: ‘We believe’, and will not be tested? And We indeed tested those who were before them." (Qur'an 29:2-3)
So I'm not trying to pressure you but I'm just telling you my view on this which is that the problem with delaying it too long is that none of us has a guarantee that we will live to see tomorrow and we want to make sure we meet God as people who have accepted His religion even if we are not following everything perfectly.

    كل عام وانتم بخير
    Peace and mercy of God
I am from Palestine, I have orphaned children, and my husband passed away several years ago, and there is no one to stand with us. I have a child who wants eye treatment and I have no one to help us
Even most of the time, there is no food for the children, and I live in a rented house
I have no money for treatment, food, or house rent, which is very difficult
O my brothers, do not forget me
By God, I am not a deceiver, nor a liar, and I speak the truth
And I have all the medical appreciation that caused it
