This concept is a dream in India. fuel cost is increasing day by day. Outlet owners adulterate the fuel for their profits. And the outlet employees cheat consumers while filling. Under these many hurdles how can we survive. At Least remove that filling employees so that consumer can fill in his own as in other countries.
Can’t be possible in India. People will be fill and flee. But I agree with other points about adulteration and rising fuel prices. Just disgusting steps taken by government. Affects the GDP and purchasing power of the country.

If anything you find which doesn't match with this video in ur nearest outlet, may please call field officer. His contact number is always displayed at outlets.

There is an indian oil pump near by my residence in Hyderabad and it has two petrol dispensing machines but yet petrol pump owner operates only one machine and ask us to stand in queue rather than starting dispensing from another one even though they have enough staff to manage.... Just why?

No my nearest Indian oil branch doesn't do work properly actually the staff is not honest they stop the machinery get stops in between and then they continue with the same and at time of payment they say to add 2 different amounts separately means 1st amount before stopping 2nd amount after restart and if we say the staff is habitual to be ready for arguments and fights

Indian Oil is the worst , they put 42 liters of petrol for my Baleno which has a tank capacity 37 liters, upon asking they say pertol has in the pipes hence it has taken 5 more liters. So now i only put petrol from Shell.
I also have Baleno 42L comes easily in Baleno if your tank is near to empty
