I have a 29 Model A Coupe, watching your videos has given me a new found respect for the Model T. Henry Ford always said the T was his favorite, I'm starting to see why. They were really well put together and very innovative especially for the early twenties. I still say that Old Henry would have loved to have you on his team back in the day.
What a great job done again on the doors, Jared. The Model T will come out so nicely once its finished. Excellent craftsmanship, what a lucky Model T to have gotten into your hands 👍👏👏
What a fine little T this is turning out to be. Thank you for letting us look over your shoulder. We are all enjoying and learning from your build. THANKS.
He needs to send this over to Hollywood for their next authentic '20's movie. Don't forget the $500K check for the fruits of your labor! AAA+ for authenticity alone!
This is a very nice series. It'll be a great part of the record when the car changes ownership. It'll have a premium price for that. Owning a car like that is a kind of custodianship. It will outlive all of us.
Beautiful work you are so good at what you do . Love all the old details how stuff was made so different almost 100 years ago . And yes they made things to last longer.👍👍👍
Hi.
So you've never done a proper restoration either. Brush painting a car is not knowhow or good execution. The only thing that is mastered here is halfassery.
I got the notification and jumped straight on and as usual, was not disappointed. As I watched in awe I was thinking the exact same thoughts as the comments about master craftsman and artist. Looking forward to the finale.
Great seeing the door mechanism for raising the glass. Door cards look terrific. Well done your videos are stored in my library as they are very helpful to me.
Beautiful work! Nicely crafted interior too! I’ve always preferred vehicles from the 40s, 50s, 60s and 70s instead, but this time, i ’ll make this Ford Model T Landau 1923 one of my favorite car selections. Very pretty! Top Notch! Thank you. Johnny, Montreal, Canada 👍❤️😁🌹👌🌿🌺
I love the way you make it look so simple to do the work on the car. If it was me, I would have rounded bolts, sheered bolts and make the repairs on the roof just look that little bit rubbish.
I went back to the first vid. and watched all. What a undertaking. I love all the vids I just hope when all is done you follow God, Henry Ford and The Rolling Stones and “Paint It Black”.
I just found your channel due to my featured on here giving me a model T video so I went and looked up restorations and found your channel and I’m glad to be here
I never knew that the glass windshield of a model T was in two pieces. That's weird for me to just now see that. Also, I am so happy that you're making the car look as original as possible. Most crazy people would hot-rod them or make them look stooped. However, you have put a lot of class into this original car, and have made it look like it did back in the 20s. Great work man. God bless.
Your skill sets are rapidly becoming evident! Your family and you will love driving around in this vehicle. However, what is in store for that steering wheel? I don't recall ever seeing one looking like that...seems like something out of a J.C. Whitney catalog of the early 60's late 50's.
Hey, Jared! I told You that the Window raisers were AWESOME 2:36! & 5:00 !! I will never forget the first time I ever saw them, WOW! The Gears have tracks that are timed just right to pass the riser pully from gear to gear, through the serpentine slot that aids the mechanics of this truly fascinating work of art, it is truly unbelievable the Master engineering that went into these Cute little Car`s ! You are LUCKY, Your Window handles are Brass, Mine are Aluminuminummanum! OH! Your Panels look SWEET! This is going to be a very Cozy Little Car! I think I may have found us some Windshield Swing Arm knobs! PRAY! I called Doug`s Antique Ford, Out of Little Rock, AR! He is going to look for You and I some, You get first dibs as You are closer to having Yours done! Also I found some Light Bulbs for Your dash! I have to receive them. But as soon as I do, I will let You know! You are AWESOME My Friend! GREAT JOB!
The window lift mechanisms are amazing! If you look up the rides "alien swirling saucers" and "maters junkyard jamboree" they are a giant version of this. Its super slimline in those doors. So cool.
Greeting from AUS, Love the format of your videos, most mechanical vids contain footage of someone’s hand pointing & waving and not much actual work and audio of someone yammering on about things your not interested in. Great work on the doors, you even got the exterior handles to sit straight, not easy to do. Keep up the good work 👍
From a bodyman, you should have layed out a towel and when scraping the glass for foreign material pay attention that you do not scratch it. Steel wool does really well fine mesh like 00 or 000. When laying out the panels you sprayed adhesive on them, either take a bondo spreader to evenly spread it it out on the panel or use a paint brush to coat it.
Bring on the seats and carpet. Still think you should paint it! Maybe put it up for a vote! Of course... you're the boss! I yield to your better judgement! Naples, FL
Windex is fine for a window/glass that's MOSTLY already clean, but for the early deep-grime stages, consider trying Krud Kutter instead. Tom Johnson uses it as a first deep clean on all of his antique furniture cleans, and I use it when I'm deep cleaning arcade cabinets (and circuit boards!) for video games I'm restoring. Give it a try! The concentrate in a gallon is the best buy, that way you can experiment with the concentration you want to use.
Te veo trabajar y todo me parece fácil, si lo hago yo me sale todo un churro, gran trabajo, te felicito, sigue a si que me gusta mucho verte trabajar tan duro

Very entertaining! I’ve been a fan of Ts since I was 11 years old.
Top silence of work! The window lowering mechanism of the Model T is at the price of Technical Design from 1923 year! Well done! ***
The workmanship, attention to details, the know how and the execution. You are a master of your trade no doubt about that.
So you've never done a proper restoration either. Brush painting a car is not knowhow or good execution. The only thing that is mastered here is halfassery.
Getting closer to the test drive... Great work...
This whole build is awesome. one day I am going to get me a 1929 and do the same.
Amazing job on the forgotten T . The door panels really look great.
What a craftsman you are! Great work!
Absolutely fantastic! Looking so great! Can't wait till you tear into the rear end and get her on the road!
Me too! Looking forward to seeing inside of the differential!
Love the colors you have chosen for the Model T
Jared; you’re doing this right; down to the choice of materials and parts. It is turning out beautifully!
Great work again. The window mechanisms are fantastic. I was hoping you would show them working and you did. Thanks.
Wow! I never realized there was so much lumber in one of these old cars. It’s starting to look very nice.
Wood was cheap. Henry owned a forest.
Henry specified what grade of wood his pallets/packaging was to arrive on so he could use the pallets in the car construction.
I would paint the bottom metal part of the glass. Amazing job..

Great Job!!👍👍
Good videos. Glad you leave music out.
Very nice work. Lots of parts to fabricate. Excellent results.
An amazing restoration on a classic original car
Enjoyed my morning coffee even more watching your video, nice bit of work. Cheers
Now I am excited what you will do for the upholstery! (They can get pretty pricey, especially for interior cars).
Great work as allways!
I just found your channel due to my featured on here giving me a model T video so I went and looked up restorations and found your channel and I’m glad to be here

Well done!
Just found this and subscribed you are a true craftsman I love those old model Ts
I agree, the window mechanism is equal parts simple and clever. It's much more straightforward than the modern day window lifters
Amazing job
Obrigado, from Brazil.
Aguardando o próximo vídeo, queria estar aí pra ver o Ford T de perto 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😃
It's like travelling back in time.
You do really good work.
That is going to be one sweet ride when it’s all done 😊
It is getting much more interesting to see how you are leaving the callembeque, greetings friend

Sterring wheel was covered in an earlier segment of this series.
It’s not a Model T steering wheel.
It's very great!

Awesome videos.
Very interesting rebuild, never seen on done that way...
I own 3 Model A's. So I understand the work. Well done.

Bonjour de la Belgique 🙂,

I saw the metal plate at the bottom of the driver door panel. Was there any writing on it? Almost looks the size of a patent plate.

After many years of being dirty no one would think it to be good as new which it's looking brand new, I hope the others don't have a crack.
